Effective date: March 14, 2026  ·  Last updated: March 14, 2026

QuickPly ("we," "us," or "our") operates an AI-powered SMS dispatching platform for small and medium-sized businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our services at quickply.co.
Data Protection Statement: Personal information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for marketing/promotional purposes.

01Information We Collect

  • Employer Identification Number (EIN) where provided
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
  • Account credentials and usage data
  • Business profile information (service types, operating hours, availability)
  • CRM integration credentials (encrypted at rest)

From end users (customers of our business subscribers):

  • Message delivery status and timestamps
  • Usage metrics and analytics data

02How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the QuickPly platform
  • Send automated SMS responses on behalf of subscribed businesses
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Generate AI dispatcher responses to customer inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Sync bookings with connected CRM and calendar integrations
  • Send transactional notifications and account alerts
  • Improve and develop our services
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use end user SMS data for advertising purposes.

03SMS Communications

QuickPly sends SMS messages on behalf of businesses that subscribe to our platform. These messages are transactional in nature and are sent only in response to an inbound action — such as a missed phone call or an initial inbound text message — initiated by the end user.

Opt-out: End users may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receipt of a STOP message, no further SMS will be sent. To resume messages, reply START.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. QuickPly is not responsible for carrier charges incurred by end users.

SMS message content exchanged through our platform is stored to provide conversation continuity and to enable business subscribers to review their dispatching activity. Message history is retained according to our data retention policy below.

04Information Sharing

We share information only in the following circumstances:

We will not share your personal information or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • With business subscribers: End user conversation data and booking details are shared with the business on whose behalf the message was sent.
  • Service providers: We use trusted third-party providers to operate our platform, including Twilio (SMS delivery), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI responses), and Supabase (database hosting). These providers are prohibited from using your information for marketing.
  • CRM integrations: If a business subscriber has connected a CRM (such as Jobber or Housecall Pro), booking data may be shared with that platform per the subscriber's configuration.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of QuickPly, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

05Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:

  • Account data: Retained for the duration of the subscription and for 90 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
  • SMS conversation history: Retained for 12 months from the date of the conversation, then automatically purged.
  • Billing records: Retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations.
  • Audit logs: Retained for 2 years.

Business subscribers may request earlier deletion of their data by contacting us at the address below.

06Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of sensitive data at rest (API keys, tokens, EIN)
  • TLS encryption for all data in transit
  • Row-level security enforced at the database level
  • Access controls and audit logging for all sensitive operations

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities
  • Data portability (receive your data in a structured format)

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in Section 11. We will respond within 30 days.

End users wishing to request deletion of their conversation history should contact the business that used QuickPly to communicate with them, or contact us directly and we will facilitate the request.

08Cookies

Our platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to:

  • Maintain your login session
  • Remember your preferences
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the platform

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain functionality of the platform.

09Children's Privacy

10Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify business subscribers via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of QuickPly after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
